Miatta (co-owner and head chef), away from her professional life has always been a passionate foodie eager to understand and master authentic international cuisines. The food ethos which she has established at Cole Street Guesthouse is presenting the flavour of Sierra Leone using classic international techniques and using fresh, locally sourced and personally grown and reared produce.
